Service Description
KredaVento provides financial record organization and digitization services. We collect, organize, transcribe, and structure existing business documentation. Our services prepare records for bank submission but do not include financial statement preparation, business consulting, or institutional recommendations.
Service Scope
Our services include:
- Collection of existing financial documents from your business location
- Digitization of handwritten ledgers and paper records
- Organization of receipts and transaction documentation
- Creation of monthly cash flow summaries
- Delivery of organized physical and digital documentation
Our services do not include:
- Preparation of audited financial statements
- Business projections or forecasting
- Financial advice or consulting
- Bank or lender recommendations
- Loan application assistance or representation
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide access to all relevant financial documents
- Verify accuracy of transcribed information
- Respond to clarification requests promptly
- Review organized documentation upon delivery
- Inform us of any errors or discrepancies within 14 days of delivery
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business records. Staff members sign confidentiality agreements. Documents remain secure during organization and are returned or destroyed per your instructions upon project completion.
Accuracy and Limitations
We transcribe information accurately from source documents provided. However:
- We cannot verify the accuracy of original source documents
- We organize what exists—we do not create missing documentation
- Illegible handwriting may require client clarification
- Mathematical errors in original documents may be corrected only with client confirmation
Organized records reflect information provided by the client. We make no representations about business financial health or loan qualification.
Timeline and Delivery
Project timelines depend on record volume and complexity. Estimated timelines provided during initial consultation. Delays in client response to clarification requests may extend project duration. Final delivery includes both physical organized folders and digital files.
Payment Terms
Payment terms established in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Initial consultation: no charge
- Project estimate provided after document assessment
- Payment schedule outlined in service agreement
- Final payment due upon project delivery
Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds calculated based on work completed at cancellation date. Documents and materials returned within 7 business days of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for:
- Bank decisions regarding loan applications
- Business outcomes resulting from organized documentation
- Third-party use or interpretation of organized records
- Consequences of incomplete or inaccurate source documents
Intellectual Property
Organized documentation and summaries created during our service belong to the client. We retain no rights to client business information or records. Our organization methodology and processes remain our intellectual property.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes subject to Ghanaian law and jurisdiction of courts in Accra, Ghana.
Modifications
We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Material changes communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of services after term updates constitutes acceptance.
